ACCEL Compliance adds to executive leadership team to enhance focus on agent and broker reg-tech product offerings

West Hartford, CT – September 10, 2021 — ACCEL Compliance, a leading provider of regulatory compliance technology solutions for high growth agents and brokers, announced today that insurance industry technology entrepreneurs Bill Kuebler and Tom McCoy will join the ACCEL leadership team.  Kuebler has been named Chief Executive Officer and will lead the next phase of ACCEL’s exponential growth, while McCoy will serve as Chief Business Development Officer.

Mike Griffin of ACCEL Compliance elected to PIMA Board of Directors and appointed new Legislative and Regulatory Committee Chair

ACCEL Compliance is pleased to announce that its President, Mike Griffin, has been elected to the Board of Directors of the Professional Insurance Marketing Association (PIMA). Griffin was also appointed the new chair of the Legislative and Regulatory Committee by incoming President Bill Suneson.

Griffin commented, “This is a great honor and I’m excited to work with my PIMA colleagues to continue to move the organization forward and benefit its members. As noted in the PIMA 2020 Report, regulatory issues represent one of the most difficult challenges facing the affinity insurance marketplace. I look forward to sharing my experience in this space and continuing the work of the prior chairs of this vital committee.”

According to Suneson, “PIMA is fortunate to have someone of Mike Griffin’s caliber share his energy and expertise to lead the next phase of PIMA’s legislative and regulatory initiative. Griffin has been an active PIMA member and contributor since 2011. He served on the Affinity 2020 Task Force and Legislative and Regulatory Task Force and was a contributing author on two PIMA white papers. Mike co-chaired the 2015 Annual Meeting and in 2014 was awarded the Presidential Distinguished Service Award by former PIMA President Sam Fleet.
